While consulting for Restoration Hardware, I prepared SEC filings, coordinated the monthly accounting close process, and performed financial analysis for senior management.

This involved preparing budgets, managing staff, performing analytical procedures, evaluating internal controls, preparing financial statements, and assisting with multiple IPOs. A key part of my job was communicating audit results to clients’ management teams and proposing recommendations for improving operations and financial performance.
