Sole responsibility for all aspects of the management of The Cadbury Foundation including trustees, finance, programmes and partners - supported by a highly successful colleague volunteer programme across Northern Europe. Ownership of UK corporate sponsorship of the British Paralympic Association, working with our famous brands to activate commercial campaigns and colleague engagement. Managing the growth and development of Health for Life programme.Key Achievements:• 30% employee volunteering across Northern Europe – linked to L&D.• Winner of BITC ‘Big Tick’ award 2014 and 2015 for Health for Life which has now expanded to all local authority nurseries in Birmingham. • Positive stakeholder engagement and content for communications channels in numerous community programmes, including local MP’s.• High profile Cadbury and belVita commercial activations with The British Paralympic Association and Sainsburys.• Winner of an internal Managers Award in recognition of my creativity, passion, collaboration and energy to create a ‘Getting to know you fortnight’ across Northern Europe.

Forming part of the Community Affairs team, managing key programmes funded by The Cadbury Foundation, including our own Taste of Work and Health for Life programmes. Also working in partnership with charities The Princes Trust, Grocery Aid, Young Enterprise. Key Achievements:• Created Health for Life a £3M community impact programme funded by The Mondelēz International Foundation in South Birmingham with key community partners.• Winner of FDF Education award 2013 for Taste of Work and Wellbeing award 2013 for Health for Life.• Highly successful activation of industry campaign ‘Feeding Britain’s Future’ across all UK sites, working with IGD. • Delivery of ‘Global Volunteer Month’ across all UK & Ireland sites enabling 300 colleagues to support their local communities.

Key Achievements:• Creation and management of ‘community champion’ network across all UK&I sites• Organisation of Big Heart awards celebration event for 250 attendees• Successfully selected to participate in two week programme amongst Ghanaian cocoa growing farmers to implement an eco-tourism initiative.
