- Develop and monitor strong, visible social media presence - Execute communication plans to inform and engage members- Coordinate and direct all marketing efforts through various media including radio, newspaper, direct mail, billboards, Facebook, and website- Led three large, annual fundraising events (Annual Campaign, Golf Tournament & Wine/Craft Beer Tasting) and their volunteer committees - Establish relationships with local corporations, service groups and community organizations

-Sell Rox inventory which includes but not limited to season tickets, partial ticket plans, hospitality tickets, group tickets, signage, in-game promotions, radio, website, and numerous other advertising packages.-Make phone calls and sales visits with potential customers-Prepare proposals and/or ticket package options for potential or current customers-Develop and execute what was promised to corporate partners to ensure revenue generation and client satisfaction-Cultivate relationships with clients-Hire, manage and supervise all Promotions and Community Relations interns-Oversee mascot personnel-Develop, implement and manage all external and internal promotions, which includes pre-game, in-between innings, and post-game events, in addition to current and potential evens such as parades, player/coaches appearances, baseball clinics, 5K, Winter BBQ, Home Opener Tailgating, Corporate Partner/Season Ticket party & networking events-Develop and implement promotional event strategies designed to increase ticket sales and provide a great game day experience for fans-Manage up to 250 corporate partner accounts-Create and implement the game script for all home games-Manage the Rox Kids Club and Little Rox Program which includes building new strategies to strengthen the programs with increased participation and escalate a positive image of the Rox-Manage the Guest Services table for all Rox home games. Includes but not limited to: hiring and training staff,set up and take down of the necessary materials at the table-Be involved in several networking groups/events to gain business-Help develop corporate sponsor prospect list-Manage marketing/advertising inventory-Research industry trends to help develop new inventory opportunities-Develop marketing brochures/paraphernalia to help sell inventory-Manage and execute all donation and public appearance requests-Help prepare and pick up ballpark as needed

-Work with other promotional staffers to stage all promotions and on-field activities for games-Work with Rox front office members to greet and cater to game day sponsor-Assist game day sponsor in filling all of the on-field activities and describing in detail how the game and promotions work-Work with Rox front office members to run all on-field promotions as professionally and entertaining as possible-Lead on-field promotions with microphone in conjunction with the Public Address Announcer-Help set up the ballpark every day, including hospitality areas, events, merchandise, promotions, ticket booth, press box and more-Represent the Rox brand on and off the field in numerous events including parades, player appearances, mascot visits, etc.-Help front office execute and manage all internal and external marketing efforts throughout the season-Manage all giveaway prizes and coupons-Schedule National Anthem singers for all home games (36, possibly more) throughout the season-Manage Rox Kids Club Members which includes updating member roster, organizing tickets and t-shirts, and helping plan VIP party-Help distribute 100,000 pocket schedules throughout Central Minnesota -Make the game day experience as fun as possible for the sponsor
