My responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems. I manage multiple audit and consulting engagements, supervise team members, and gather necessary information to provide a timely, quality products to clients. I have over 14 years of audit experience, specializing in the healthcare industry. Other specialties include audits of healthcare entities (non-profit and government), non-profits, governments, municipalities, and school districts. I also have experience with rural healthcare Medicare and Medicare reimbursement.
