Master's degree in business management and accredited (APR) in public relations by the Public Relations Society of America. Most recently employed as Executive Director of the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio. Served as a visiting assistant professor of public relations at the Dicke College of business at Ohio Northern University from 2020-2023. Director of communications for the University of Dayton School of Engineering (2016-2020) and, prior to that, director of marketing and communications with the world-famous Toledo Museum of Art.
