In my current position at Pine Environmental, I assist in the sales and marketing efforts for the corporate headquarters. My primary duties include outgoing phone calls to current and potential clients with a focus on positive customer relations. I assist in delivering prompt product quotations and product information to clients throughout the world in order to provide them with the most current material in which to base their decisions on their equipment needs. Once an informed decision is reached and the needs of the client are understood, I am active in the ordering process. In this role, I am responsible for composing client’s information into error free orders that are then filled and dispatched for delivery.
