- Primary marketing support to all office locations (6 Nationwide)- Point of contact for business group leaders for annual marketing plans, budget development and group client events- Manage multiple group budgets and measure annual marketing goals - Facilitate, mentor, and onboard annual internship for corporate marketing - Support all groups in capture planning for qualifications, proposals and interviews- Manage and maintain all marketing materials using brand management standards- Support 3-year CRM transition from Deltek to CMiC- Maintain companywide project leads and historical data to measure critical success factors- Lead and arrange companywide volunteering initiatives to support annual goals- Oversee branding re-design for marketing materials and website to align with company mission and values- Serve on company Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Council to engage on ideas and create a workforce where all associates feel valued and engaged- Certified FAA Remote Pilot to capture image and video of construction progress and completion
