Q: Where did you develop your business acumen?A: After a period of burn out and desire to focus on family, I reentered the job market during COVID, finally snagging an incredible opportunity with a tech startup in the workforce management SaaS space. At Intrigma I do everything — account management, customer implementations, documentation maintenance, training, customer communications, and countless projects. Fulfilling, empowering, challenging work!2016-2018 saw exciting challenges tackling a new eLearning portal for TBC Int’l. I worked collaboratively with the Director of Training in creating, testing, and implementing all platform content during roll out and subsequent phases of implementation year one. After taking time off, I returned as a consultant, spearheading research and testing of new technology to be implemented system-wide.Additionally, I maintain a creative consulting business, designing resumes and providing guidance regarding LinkedIn visibility and personal branding. This is one of my most fulfilling endeavors as clients accept new positions following my revamp of their professional collateral.In 2015, I embarked on a productive campaign with ProActive Solutions, during which I was immersed in tackling many integral pieces including Vendor Management, Marketing/Events, and Project Development. During my tenure I took over several projects with a process-improvement focus, including co-piloting the overhaul of our social and brand awareness, redesigning our digital presentations, and balancing the maintenance of partner relationships with IBM, Cisco, VMWare, EMC, Lenovo, and Microsoft (to name a few).From 2011-2015 I spent time as an executive recruiter and software trainer, moving from AT-Tech, to Allied Global Services, and finally Cerner. I was lucky to work with incredible professionals in continuing to develop my client-focused background. Despite my broad acumen, the most exciting part of my career was 3 dedicated years in sports, fulfilling multi-functional roles in marketing, promotions, events, sponsorship fulfillment, intern management, brand awareness, and communications with both the Kansas City Royals and Missouri (Kansas City) Mavericks.--Q: Can we chat?A: ABSOLUTELY!
