Responsible for coordinating and implementing programs around Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Duke, including:- Annual Startup Challenge, where over $50,000 are awarded to top entrepreneurs at Duke University- Startup competitions for alumni in San Francisco and New York City- StartupConnect, connecting Duke students with Duke-owned startupsAlso responsible for evangelizing Duke's startup community, building and maintaining relationships, and connecting entrepreneurs with each other and resources within the Duke startup community.

Teaching Assistant for graduate-level class evaluating projects and their impacts on firms, economies, and foreign exchange. Topics include cash flow analysis, shadow pricing, investment decision rules, and income distributional analysis of government expenditures.

Strategy development for recreational fisheries management. Focus on integrating technology into recreational fisheries management for goals of increased engagement, sustainability, and data collection. Completed strategy document and made recommendations for the Environmental Defense Fund.

FanPay seeks to realign incentives in college sports by encouraging athletic programs that focus on education of student-athletes. We promote fair compensation of student-athletes by allowing fans to contribute towards a trust held for the student-athlete and given upon graduation.

Assisted with market research for the Business Strategy Department at Fuqua School of Business. Large dataset management used for corporate research.

Led research project quantifying territorial defense in the poorly understood cooperatively breeding cichlid species, Neolamprologus savoryi. Using SCUBA, assisted in data collection for over 12 research projects in Lake Tanganyika for McMaster University and Ohio State University Ph. D students. Projects focused on several cooperatively breeding cichlid species in Lake Tanganyika, most notably on Neolamprologus pulcher.

Surveyed potential gas and oil lands for threatened cacti species in Utah. Projects involved extensive hiking for up to twelve hours a day knowledge of local plant and animal species.

Research Assistant for the manatee section for Florida Fish and Wildlife. Responsibilities included:- Collecting mortality data on manatees for Florida's endangered species data requirements- Collecting and transporting manatee mortalities to the Marine Mammal Pathology Lab in St. Petersburg for necrospy- Assisting in necropies at the Marine Mammal Pathology Lab in St. Petersburg- Conducting field necropsies and reporting data to Marine Mammal Pathology lab for use in state's statistics- Updating the mortality database using ArcGIS- Conducting aerial population surveys

Data collection and analysis of the effects of salmon spawning on macroinvertebrate diversity and density. Collected macroinvertebrate samples from Indiana lakes and streams, quantified and identified macroinvertebrate species with microscopy. Assisted with collection of freshwater fish species using electroshock techniques.

Managerial responsibilities for the operation of University of Notre Dame Bengal Bouts, an annual amateur boxing tournament which raises money for increased education, food, shelter and quality of life for the poor of Bangladesh.

Conservation and population biology research focused on Great Salt Lake brine shrimp studies requiring feeding and growth measurements of brine shrimp. Simulated decomposition of marsh plants for brine shrimp plant ecology studies (Montana) in laboratory setting.

Management research of freshwater invasive crayfish species, Orconectes rusticus. Explored naturally occurring behavior of cannibalism in O. rusticus as a means of population growth control. Research indicated potential for cannibalism as means of population control in areas of high crayfish density with low substrate cover.
