Qualify and transfer viable candidates to admissions using a knowledge base for each university. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Review chats transcripts for multiple universities for quality control and training feedback.

After leading the organization for 7 years, my youngest child is wrapping up her time in elementary school this year so I have stepped into a coordinator role in various areas allowing the new board to move forward. Currently I am overseeing the Grade Level Liaisons, Scrip Gift Card Program and 1st Day School Supplies Program allowing me to train and transition the projects to new coordinators at the close of the 2016/2017 school year. All three projects require time management, training skills, budget and funds management, and strong communication skills.

Supports 60 plus Faculty/Staff and approximately 480 students. Responsibilities include organizing and running monthly meetings for the entire membership, overseeing fundraisers and events, communication with the administration and the community, assist and contribute where asked and when needed. Manage and lead a team of parent volunteers. Created and executed a plan for a school store in the school with much success and acceptance. Managed a substantial budget allowing for accumulated savings of over $15,000 in five years used to provide iPads, Mimio boards and Buddy Benches. Redesigned the annual fundraiser to create a fun filled environment for the children. Have worked closely with students and faculty to provide a sense of community and giving back through “Making a World of Difference” campaign creating an outreach on multiple levels.

Began my career on the selling floor the Nordstrom’s top grossing Cosmetic Department in Southern California for 6 months before moving to the Los Angeles to mange the Prescriptives line of Cosmetics. In 1995, accepted the challenge to be the Assistant Cosmetic Manager for the West Los Angeles store and then the Fragrance Manager in the same year. 1996 became the Assistant manager of Human Resources in the Los Angeles store. 1998 became Regional Director of Training and Development in the Los Angeles and Orange County region of stores. The region at that time consisted of 13 mainline stores and 3 Rack stores. Primary responsibilities were developing and executing training for all managers and assistant managers in these stores through partnering with store and regional management. Managed a small staff of 4 and oversaw all recognition events and programs for both regions. Moving back East in 2000, became in-store trainer at the King of Prussia Store in Pennsylvania. August of 2000, did consulting work for the Store Manager in the capacity of recognition events and tracking in the King of Prussia Store. At the close of this assignment, made the decision to stay home with my daughter full-time.
