I started my career in hotel/restaurant management in 1994. I gained great experiences managing, bartending and serving in several local, hometown restaurants in Fairfield, CT. I gained first-hand knowledge of the service industry and customer service. The customer is not always right, we are not always right - but we can make it right by working together. These varied experiences in my life and career have taught me that if you want something, you have to be the one to go get it. I try to provide the best customer service to clients and prospects. I give 110% of myself to my job while I am at work and 110% to my family, at home. I work hard at finding the balance. I try to surround myself with positive people!
