I am blessed enough to have found my true purpose and to advocate for patients and caregivers, also spread awareness for Invisible Illnesses and rare diseases and help patients along with their journey. I help in all different areas, including, talking, listening, faciliating journaling and making patients feeling less alone. Awareness is Key, Education is a cure. I also still work with Vestibular patients, patients like me, OF Mindful Manner, veterans Project Focus and Viewbug where I continue my passion of photography and judging contests. I have learned my Illness will not define me, I have grieved the old me and moved on to the new me and trying to help others come to peace with their new life. But we have to learn our limits, boundries and listen to our bodies. And not sweat the small stuff, Good bye Negativity and Hello Positivity.
