I work to make posts for the NYE Instagram, write marketing copy for emails and text communications, print promotional posters and other materials, and coordinate with other Marketing Managers and the Marketing Director to follow the marketing plan for events.

In this role, I oversee the WISE WeSupport application process, vet mentorship program applications, connect mentees with mentors, plan cohort bonding events, participate in WISE event programming, send email and Slack communications, and communicate with other leaders working across the WISE global network.

I plan and take notes at executive committee meetings, attend society events, and support the president in event planning and design.

I currently work closely with other members of the Gaming Society Executive Board to plan events for our society, make announcements, and provide event materials. In this role, I take detailed meeting notes for executive committee meetings, participate in budgeting and committee meetings, write event announcements on our society's Discord, and assist in planning inter-university events.In addition to these responsibilities, I created a new event calendar system for the society and implemented a new ticketing system for society events to accurately track event attendance.

In this role, I represented the university through my interactions with prospective students and answered student questions and concerns.

Engaged with customers daily, answered customer questions, located items in store upon request, took requests for arrangements, and consistently collaborated with store staff.
