Project Manager and Product Owner – Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics : I evaluate and analyze enterprise-wide business requests to ensure proper prioritization of projects for our development groups. Along with senior leadership, I strategically plan complex projects to ensure deliverables, risks, and dependencies are identified. I serve as a bridge and project expert to business stakeholders, development, and infrastructure teams. I am currently managing a project to improve our data infrastructure, reporting capabilities, and implementation of Power BI Enterprise. Project Manager and Scrum Master – Tracking and Reporting : I helped transition an Agile-resistant team to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). By example, I taught them how and why to perform scrum ceremonies, build and prioritize a backlog, break down work by business value, and work in sprint cycles. I support the team as part of a large Agile Release Train to implement a customer facing application.

I worked as a Product Owner in the SAFe framework to craft and execute solutions for multiple business domain owners that solve root problems. In collaboration with our system architect, we drove technology forward. I managed the implementation of several large upgrades, and expansions of our Data Warehouse.

I managed an Enterprise effort to develop a new tool to increase EDI efficiency. My role included: ensuring clarity in requirements and scope; defining a product backlog; managing the changes to the project effort, as well as the performance of my team, to ensure deliverables were released. I served as the Scrum Master and Project Manager, ensuring work was completed and conducting demos with stakeholders.

Worked with senior leadership to plan and implement a multi-year effort to implement barcode scanning to increase efficiency of distribution services. I oversaw the implementation of this functionality in branches, including the installation of specialized networks in multiple warehouses. I created a repeatable plan to support the implementation efficiently. I led a large agile team (25) of resources to execute this implementation, acting as Scrum Master and Project Manager.

I collaborated with customers to accurately determine their business needs via a strong focus on relationship building and streamlined communication. I used analytic and creative problem-solving skills to determine the best delivery method for requirements on a fast-paced, highly collaborative team. Along with technical experts, I helped to define a scalable deployment plan for new software functionality within accelerated timelines. This led to the acquisition, and retention, of a large, and highly profitable customer.
