Worked independently & alongside my husband for our co-owned business providing logo design, brand strategy, social media marketing, web development & design, video & photo editing, print materials and webcast production for a diverse catalogue of clients.

Derry Management serves as the in-house marketing agency for all of the companies under The Parmer Group organization based in Harrisburg, PA. This includes Fine Line Homes, a new home builder; The Pro Gallery, a building materials supplier & showroom; Harrisburg Kitchen & Bath; and Your Home Supply, and direct-to-consumer filter subscription service, among others. I was responsible for designing, developing & managing 6 Wordpress websites, 1 Shopify website and 1 Squarespace website. I created visual components for marketing campaigns across 8 companies, including: email campaign templates, Google/Instagram/Facebook ads, landing pages, promotional videos, business cards, brochures, pamphlets, billboards, T-shirts, masks and truck vinyls to name a few. I established and implemented SEO and value-based blog content strategy for 6 companies. I engaged and collaborated with in-house marketing and internal teams for 9 individual companies.

Over nearly 5 years in my role, I developed, managed & monitored the multi-channel marketing strategy for a large commercial real estate portfolio with an annual average value of more than $10 million. Primarily B2B, with a focus on local brand awareness & broker/service/listing promotion, my approach consisted of social media and email marketing with supporting print materials that adhered to and elevated the corporate branding of the parent company NAI Global. Website development, video & photo editing, public relations and event planning played a large part in this position as well.

Served as Teaching Assistant for Courses at Colorado Technical University and Briarcliffe College online courses. Compiled research on all US Presidential Debates throughout history for non-fiction book that was published in 2014.

Overhauled company branding & social media channels while managing daily calendar of appointments, emails, office organization, and preparing/filing divorce proceedings.
