Interned at an ecological lodge in the heart of the Negev Desert, Israel building cabins out of mud. Work days included creating building materials out of a mixture of straw, sand, and water and applying the material to the walls of the cabin. Other responsibilities included preparing the existing cabins for guests by cleaning the rooms and making beds, as well as preparing dinners and breakfast for special events.
