I am responsible for overseeing all activities for a 200+ organization membership association for the construction industry. We provide extensive training and education programs and networking events to support our pillars of innovation, continuing education, equity empowerment, and collaboration. I also oversee all our committees, volunteers and Council staff. We host about 35+ events per year. We drive needed communications, changes and information dissemination regarding workforce, DEI, safety, best practices in the AEC industry, marketing/BD, self-development, business growth and more. Due to a small staff we all wear many hats as I an our executive strategist, program director, event director, marketing director, controller, HR manager, communications officer and designer.
