Having a passion for people lead me to the world of Recruiting in 2000. The ability to connect and communicate with candidates easily enabled me to guide them through the challenging process of defining their needs. In 2002 I joined Calian and was presented the opportunity to recruit in the defence sector and learn the many nuances that come with such a highly competitive and fluid market space. Recruiting is, above all, a business of people, relationships and understanding. Recruiting in the defence sector continues to provide me with a tremendous amount of both professional and personal satisfaction. Today I am proudly leading a team of Recruiters as they navigate their way through the often complex and evolving landscape in Talent Acquisition.
