I led a 20-member team within Amazon's Seattle headquarters as part of the Global Real Estate and Facilities events team. Our responsibility was overseeing the successful organization of over 200 large-scale events and outreach programs, aimed at engaging nearly 65,000 Amazon employees. Throughout this role, I collaborated with cross-functional teams, including brand, creative, legal, IT, logistics, and corporate security, to strategically develop event plans that aligned with our organizational objectives. I focused on cultivating strong relationships with external partners, stakeholders, and vendors, while also skillfully negotiating service contracts to adhere to our budgetary constraints. Additionally, I worked closely with the PR and communications teams to ensure the effective marketing and promotion of our events. It was a rewarding experience that allowed me to contribute significantly to the success of Amazon's internal engagement and outreach efforts.● Spearheaded planning and successful launch of key projects such as Amazon in the Community employee volunteer program, Amazon HQ community outreach and entertainment programs, 'Funtivities' International employee incentive program, Amazon Goes Gold, and 'Plant Camp‘ Horticulture program for employees.● Managed creative production and logistics for 65K employees and their families for Bring Your Kids to Work Day and 35K employees and their families for Bring Your Parents to Work Day.● Event Manager Lead for the grand opening of the Spheres at the Amazon Seattle HQ for both the ribbon cutting ceremony and employee invitation event.
