Collaborate with medical directors, operational leaders, and other key organizational stakeholders in the development and execution of product line strategic and operational plans in support of organizational priorities and the Network’s Aspiration for Quality in order to become the product line of choice in the market. Responsible to identify and pursue opportunities for success in value-based care; drive growth and financial health; and ensures exceptional patient and caregiver experience.

Responsibility to provide strategic growth planning, execution and operational leadership to designated product lines, patient and support areas in the North Region. Responsible for Net Revenue of $1.1 billion and operating margin of 11.11%. The North Region includes the tertiary referral center and the Network’s flagship, Community Hospital North. The region itself is comprised of Community Hospital North (298 beds), Behavioral Health Pavilion (125 beds) Community Heart and Vascular Hospital (56 beds), the Community Regional Cancer Care North facility, six medical office buildings, a MedCheck ambulatory care center, an outpatient imaging center and the Community Surgery Center-North. Also located on the campus is a joint-venture rehabilitation hospital (60 beds).

Accountable for and provide strategic direction for Surgical Subspecialties (Vision Services, Heart and Vascular Institute, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, and Urology), Behavioral Health Services, Dental Specialties, and Nutrition Services).Team IV is responsible for over 300,000 Medical and Associate Staff visits, 12,252 procedures, and $123 million dollars of net revenue. Vice President of Team IV oversees 179 Medical and Associate Staff FTEs and 672 support staff FTEs.
