Notable Contributions:• Assisted in the production of the multi-million dollar opera Cinderella by Alma Deutscher, a 12-year old musical prodigy, was a vital part of the recording of a live performance, which was later purchased by Sony Classics and is now available on DVD on Amazon.• Execute up to 150 short-term contract offers per year across 30 to 50 employees in multiple creative and backstage support roles that includes the hiring of all directors, designers, stage managers, and union and non-union crew members.• Oversee a budget of approximately $400K and performed biweekly payroll, check requests, company credit card reconciliation, the charting of spending accounts, and long-term financial planning for projects and productions.• Successfully leads the advancement and production of 6 to 8 fully produced operas simultaneously while evaluating the repercussions and importance of any issues that arise throughout the process.• First company member to introduce Zoom video conferencing to production meetings and board meetings.
