Multi disciplinary training rotating through Microbiology, Histology and Blood Sciences. I am the first Biomedical Scientist to gain registration at Nuffield Health and I have been heavily involved in the writing and implementation of the training programme as well as training on it. I have also played a key role in the validation and implementation of the molecular service that is performed here for the group nationally. Since implementation I have become the most skilled user of the platform and have performed critical problem solving events to ensure the safe and continuous provision of the service and to maintain turnaround times. I perform routine maintenance and training on the plaform and support the Senior Biomedical Scientists in both Microbiology and Cyology in managing the MLA driven ongoing service.

Outbound role: locate and ship customer orders in a timely fashion. Locate and destroy expired items.Eventually placed on urgent project that had been failed by several teams. Project was successful.
