In 2015 Kelly Veit attained the position of the COO for the state's largest engineering consulting association. In that role she:► Manages day-to-day operations, office administration, employee management and development.► Follows association best practices and procedures to operate an effective and efficient organization.► Manages brand and messaging in communication with the public, elected officials, media and the public.► Liaisons with industry leaders on a regular basis, maintaining a pulse on Wisconsin's engineering profession.► Reports to the Board of Directors on the state of the organization, suggesting new opportunities to provide member value.► Works with the profession's up-and-coming leaders via Leadership Institute.► Ensures activities are member-focused and mission-driven.► Responsible for ACEC WI's line-up of highly successful multi-faceted conferences and programs.► Monitors association's financial status and manages fiscal year budget.In 2011, Kelly was promoted to Communication Director. Kelly (Fletcher) Veit worked for the Ministry Saint Michael's Hospital (then known as St. Michael's Hospital) This is a fully accredited, acute-care facility offering a comprehensive range of services to residents of Stevens Point and surrounding communities. More than 200 physicians serve on Ministry Saint Michael's Hospital medical staff. The hospital shares a campus with the 110,000-square-foot clinic, a multi-specialty practice with more than 75 physicians.As a marketing assistant, Kelly:► Developed concepts and designed brochures, flyers, posters and print advertisement► Assisted with special event planning, including events for the opening of St. Clare's Hospital in Weston, WI.► Wrote media releases and public service announcements

Kelly Fletcher Veit worked for the Epilepsy Foundation of Central & Northeast Wisconsin, which is now the Epilepsy Foundation Heart of Wisconsin. This group's mission was to promote health, independence, and opportunity for children and adults with seizure disorders, while increasing understanding and acceptance of Epilepsy in Central and Northeast Wisconsin.
