I work with client service practice teams across all disciplines and business units through MMC to develop thought leadership, knowledge management and business analytics to the mining industry. Our approach is consultative rather than transactional as we assist clients to strategically manage risk to achieve organizational goals and maximize reward through innovative solutions.

*Conducted successful research project to evaluate alluvial grouting techniques and facilitated field implementation at Logan Martin Dam (Vincent, AL)*Assisted in planning and execution of grout curtain extension and remedial compaction grouting projects*Developed first-hand knowledge base on behavior of karst formations*Gained extensive field experience in geotechnical drilling, sampling methods, soil & rock classification Employment ended by organization restructing (layoffs).
