As the Founder and CEO of K3 Technology, my journey is deeply rooted in family and a passion for connecting with people. Growing up as an identical triplet gave me a unique perspective—I had two brothers who not only looked like me but shared life’s experiences with me. We were competitive on the field and supportive off it, celebrating each other’s wins and learning from the losses. We’re still very close today, and I’m also grateful for my two older brothers, who were early influences, especially in sports and technology. Family has always been at the core of who I am.The name "K3" reflects this foundation. Back in the early 2000s, I saved the name "K3," representing our last name, Kercher, and the bond we shared as three brothers. In 2017, when I left my previous role and launched my own company, I needed a name within 24 hours. I reached out to my brothers, got their blessing, and made “K3” the foundation of what’s now K3 Technology.Today, K3 Technology is all about bringing that same dedication, loyalty, and service to the businesses we partner with. I’m hands-on with our strategy, growth, and client relationships, ensuring we stay innovative while grounded in values. Through my involvement with the Young Entrepreneur Council, Forbes, and other partnerships, I’m lucky to exchange insights with a network of inspiring leaders.Outside of work, I’m a family guy through and through. My wife and I have two young boys who keep us busy and grounded. When I’m not in the office or meeting with clients, you can find me on a golf course, skiing, or exploring new places with my family.I'm always open to connecting with others who value genuine partnerships.
