I have a strong reputation as a leader, known for building high-performance and motivated teams. My passion for the people in a business, has led me to academia: I am also a doctoral researcher on Organisational Behaviour. I am a fourth-year doctoral candidate in the Faculty of Business, Government and Law at the University of Canberra, pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), with a research focus on Organisational Behaviour, specifically in Leadership, Burnout, Vulnerability and Authenticity.
