Kelly serves as President of CelticQA Solutions with a passion and focus on software Quality Assurance best practices. She believes that all IT projects can go live with Zero Critical Defects. She is responsible for CelticQA's aggressive business development and operations expansions and drives sales and marketing initiatives while promoting company culture. Kelly is a founder of The Higher Gear CIO Breakfast series which serves as a forum for CIO's to share challenges and discuss in a roundtable style format upcoming technologies and current issues. She has served on the Executive Advisory Council for the KSU Entrepreneurship Center and the advisory board of ETS Solutions. She is an alumnus from LaunchPad2X, the nation’s premier women’s entrepreneurship program. Kelly was the recipient of the TiE Top Entrepreneurs Award in 2016 and again in 2018. She served as an ATP Board of Director and was the Gala Co-Chair for ATP's largest fundraising event in 2015. She was also an active member of Turknett Women in Leadership Group and TAG. Kelly graduated from Radford University’s College of Business and Economics.
