As an account executive, I set up new and maintain existing accounts with environmental mangers and consultants in the Midwest Region. I also prepare quotations for analytical laboratory services that impact the environment and assess clients’ analytical needs according to the local governing agencies regulations. Throughout the year, I attend and present.

During this time, I set up and oversaw projects in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) at Teklab for a large majority of environmental managers, engineers and consultants. I served as a liaison between the clients and the laboratory by notifying and preparing the laboratory of incoming environmental samples, and answering questions on.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, I assisted in the transition from manual handwritten logbooks over to our Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). I also was responsible for the hiring, training, and management of a small group employees. As a group, we were responsible for notifying the laboratory of the sample analysis by entering it in LIMS.

I began my career at Teklab while attending Southern Illinois University. During this time, I performed a versatile array of parameters on environmental samples including preparation for analysis on semi-volatile and metals parameters. After graduation, I analyzed wastewater, groundwater and soil samples for volatile organic compounds on a Gas.
