* Lead educators who advance Inspire's mission to empower people to live fulfilling lives by achieving their educational goals. * Create a community of staff engaging learners in emergent curriculum in natural environments, promoting self-advocacy and respect for the learner's choices and goals. * Design and lead educational services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including English, ESL, math, and executive function tutoring, academic enrichment, and outdoor nature camps.* Develop and lead behavioral health services throughout the San Francisco Bay Area for autism, ADHD, and developmental disabilities, including assessment, therapy, caregiver training, and consultation.* Provide remote and onsite personalized BCBA supervision. * Disseminate behavior analysis, the science of behavior and learning, beyond therapy for autism: apply Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to staff training and development, implement principles of ABA across educational and health care services.* Inspire lifelong learning, engaging the whole person - head, heart, and body - in fun lessons with positive outcomes that improve lives.

* Design social media for BABAC, a CalABA special interest group (SIG) founded in 2022. * Create social media content promoting BABAC social events, CEU events, and membership. * As a founding member, participated in group meetings structuring the SIG. * Created BABAC social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, and Pinterest. * Create, post, and respond to social media across accounts, including BABAC's LinkedIn page.* Actively collaborate with board members and general members.
