We started Under The Roof Decorating (UTR) in 2004 to design, manufacture, market and sell innovative products to help you create the home you love™. It started with our first product Hang & Level™, the picture hanging tool. Since then we’ve created many innovative and helpful products, all designed to make it easy to decorate your space, and empower self-expression. Just as important as what we do, is how we do it.
