I assist clients in all aspects of litigation, both at the trial court level and appellate level. My goal is to solve clients' legal issues in the most effective, efficient and positive manner possible and I strive to produce a resolution to disputes through a clear understanding of my clients' goals. In addition to vigorously representing clients in court, I am creative and responsive to clients' needs and pursue all available outlets for dispute resolution to ensure efficient and conscientious results. As an experienced trial attorney, I know that diligent and thorough preparation is the key to success. I represent businesses and individuals in cases involving premises liability, personal injury litigation, and commercial litigation in Maryland and the District of Columbia. I have handled litigation matters in both state and federal courts up through and including jury trials. I have also successfully briefed and argued appeals in both the Court of Special Appeals and Court of Appeals of Maryland. Prior to entering private practice, I completed a two-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Clayton Greene, Jr., of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. As a clerk for Judge Greene, I assisted with a variety of civil and criminal cases. My experience as an appellate clerk has provided valuable insight into judicial reasoning and the judicial process in Maryland, as well as skills in both brief writing and oral advocacy.
