I am a Registered Dietitian who graduated from the Toronto Metropolitan University with a Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication. With a solid background in nutrition, my unwavering commitment is to optimize individuals' health through an inclusive, person-centered, and evidence-based approach. Throughout my academic journey and internships, I have immersed myself in various facets of dietetics, including roles in the food industry, hospitals, primary care, and long-term care settings. These diverse experiences have been instrumental in exponentially developing my skills and knowledge, paving the way for me to become a competent Registered Dietitian.I have a natural affinity for people, enabling me to connect with both team members and patients.
