Analyze/Validate/Create Queries to balance the GL financial data and compare on a monthly basis to ensure minimal discrepancies (SOX). Lead role for analyzing data and bill Bankcard customers on a monthly basis. Resolve customer concerns and issues directly with the client, in a timely manner, through the billing help desk resulting in increased customer.
