Commercial and Tech Transactions• Work on media licensing agreements for tech, games, online news, personal care products, and tech ancillary services.• Negotiate and analyze content license agreements with fortune 500 company.Corporate and Financing • Provide business strategy, formation and maintenance of corporations, LLC’s, and Nonprofits.• Provide transactional and consultative legal services throughout the business lifecycle including entity formation, growth strategy, dissolution, divestment and winding down.• Support fundraising transactions on Series Seed and Series A rounds. Negotiated $30,000 in savings. • Notified Staff Attorney of all HOAs with restrictions in an effort to reduce the amount of non-conforming assets of the company.

• Managed database for investment properties from the offer stage to acquisition, until the property is rent ready. • Worked closely with the field’s buyers and third-party brokers to provide pre-acquisitions input and assistance in due diligence process. • Submited wires for deposits on properties, funds for purchase and funds to be used at trustee auctions, at times wiring up to $15 million in a day.
