-Set up and managed a new innovation project, hiresmart.ai, to drive internal digital transformation at BASF, the largest chemical producer in the world.-Built a high-performing team and led them through the project lifecycle from ideation to launch.-Successfully launched and deployed hiresmart.ai into the internal HR process, resulting in a 35% increase in productivity.

-Led the development and execution of the Startup Transformation Plan for Penang,driving key initiatives to foster innovation and support the growth of the local startupecosystem under the umbrella of state-funded digital initiatives.-Authored the Startup Edition of the Digital Transformation Masterplan, acomprehensive roadmap designed to guide the growth and success of startups inPenang, aligning with the state’s broader digital transformation goals.-Led initiatives to support the elderly community in navigating the transition to digitaltechnologies, ensuring inclusive access and helping bridge the digital divide withinPenang.

-Dedicated to optimizing workflow between teams, successfully reducing resources while enhancing efficiency. -Proficient in advising on user experience, achieving a remarkable 120% increase in user engagement. -Played a pivotal role in discussions regarding the potential sale of Covid-Data.info to Charité, Europe's largest hospital university.

Accomplishments at Pgeon:- Co-founded Pgeon, a logistics tech startup incubated by EasyParcel, introducing a parcel delivery service and expanding it into a domestic first- and last-mile logistics company.- Established South-East Asia's first last-mile logistics firm with a digital-centric approach, enabling an end-to-end online customer journey.- Scaled parcel deliveries from 0 to 50,000 daily within 2 years, facilitated by the establishment of four logistics hubs.- Developed disruptive features like real-time tracking and paperless shipment, reshaping industry standards.- Successfully raised a Series B funding round of over $10 million in collaboration with EasyParcel, AirAsia Teleport, and Gobi Ventures.

EasyParcel is an online aggregator and price-comparison platform for parcel deliveries.Recruited to build a proof-of-concept named "Pgeon": A startup that provides pick-up and drop-off points for parcel shipments throughout Malaysia.Managed to sign partnerships and technologically integrate 4k+ locations as parcel pick-up and drop-off points - with a bootstrapped budget and a team of three employees.Made Pgeon the largest parcel collection network in Malaysia within 1 year.Created a profit sharing business model, resulting in extremely low operating costs.
