My whole life has been about interacting with other people. Being a daughter, sister, friend, wife, mother, Travel Agent, Nurse, volunteer at a Dog Rescue, and several different direct sales companies. I realized communication styles varied quite a bit from person to person. Understanding personality methodology at such a deep level has opened my eyes to why I better connect with some people and not with others. Training and coaching people through personality methodology helps them connect and relate; to build that deeper relationship. This has led them into closing more sales in less time and has helped them expand their business in their community. Being an NLP Practitioner and Coach has helped me with a deeper understanding with another communication model. I work with small business owners, entrepreneurs and sales professionals as well as with relationships on how to connect and relate. How to understand the other person’s perspective without judgement; because it’s not personal – it’s personality. I am a mom of 2 boys that are now adults, guess I should say young men! One is currently serving in the Air Force and the other is a pilot with a private jet company. If I had been introduced to this methodology when they were little,It could have saved us many arguments and would have been more of a win-win situation. I am also a mom of a lot of furbabies. Currently we have 4 dogs and 1 cat.
