This includes supporting program managers in hiring, onboarding, and conducting annual performance reviews.- Provide coaching and development to assigned Product team members, which includes regular 1-on-1s, defining growth goals and development plans with individuals, and creating a culture where team members can learn and evolve.

- Serve as Product leader for group of 4 agile development teams within the VA Benefits space - Guide the product roadmaps and strategy for teams building APIs to help Veterans access the benefits they have earned - Organize resources to ensure teams are set up to support their problems spaces for the long term - Build and maintain relationships with important stakeholders across VA- Develop strategy for a large-scale legacy system migration to the VA Lighthouse platform - Understand the technical functionality of legacy system and how it can be effectively owned by the Lighthouse platform going forward - Conduct User interviews to understand the purpose(s) the legacy system serves as well as the painpoints - Create a plan to organize Lighthouse teams around problem spaces so they can take on and own the new scope of work - Help guide the teams as they build new functionality - Work with legacy system to ensure Users have a smooth transition to the new services

- Work directly with Veterans, VSOs, and other end users to determine how best to improve the process of appealing their benefits decisions.- Lead team of developers to create an API that allows digital submission of benefit decision appeals.- Leverage the Ad Hoc Product Practice to ensure we are solving the right problems in the right ways for Veterans
