Kelly Lewis Brezoczky is a proven CEO and visionary consumer health innovator. She is known for developing innovative healthcare products that improve quality of life and have public health benefits. She has extensive global experience in both consumer and medical products in both start up and large corporate environments. During the pandemic, Kelly led the development of Lucira's OTC covid test, achieving FDA authorization in record time and setting a new standard for consumer usability testing for home-test diagnostics. She also created the LUCI pass allowing for mobile verification and sharing of covid test results to facilitate travel and treatment. She also has deep personal experience in managing the complexities of Parkinson's disease and eldercare, creating compassionate care plans within both home-based and care facility environments.Kelly began her career at Proctor & Gamble where she developed global marketing models for brands such as Always and Oil of Olay, and helped lead P&G China to its first $500M revenue in the 1990's. She then founded a Consumer Health consulting firm, developing commercialization, clinical & regulatory and marketing strategies for new medical device, pharmaceutical and healthcare products at Agilent, Aviron/FluMist and Zosano. She eventually founded and was CEO of Butterfly Health. Butterfly launched with a national rollout to major retailers and achieved the highest online consumer satisfaction ratings among all health and beauty products in 2014. It won both an Edison Award and the Nonwovens Industry Visionary New Product award. Since Butterfly's acquisition in 2016, Kelly has continued to advise and work with companies developing breakthrough consumer health products. Kelly studied International Studies and was selected as a North Carolina Fellow at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has published peer-reviewed papers in the International Journal of Clinical Practice and guest lectures and mentors Fellows at the Stanford Byers Center for Biodesign. She greatly enjoys the outdoors and lives in Northern California with her husband and three daughters.
