As a regional manager, I am responsible for the direction, performance, and advancement of a team of sales professionals covering enterprise-level accounts in North America. While each account manager is responsible for interacting with customers on a broad range of topics, our focus is Oracle X86.

As a regional manager, I am responsible for the direction, performance, and advancement of a team of sales professionals covering accounts in Canada and Michigan. While each account manager is responsible for interacting with customers on a broad range of topics, our focus is Oracle Cloud products.

As an account manager, my role is not limited to the basic sales process. Through strategic planning and consistent engagement, I help my customers navigate the complexity of Oracle Software products, as well as the equally complex licensing policies associated with those products. The ultimate goal is to provide a complete, scalable solution that helps my customers grow their businesses.

Create marketing strategies for both clients and Fahrenheit Marketing. Create contracts and service agreements, sales reports, marketing performance reports and personnel evaluation reports. Manage production, sales and development teams. Work directly with clients to set marketing goals, then delegate specific tasks to subordinates to achieve stated marketing goals. Create wireframes and software requirements for use during the application development process.

The national sales force of over 5,000 individuals responsible for sales and production of AT&T's full suite of advertising products, which includes print, direct mail, online yellow pages and SEM. My primary role is to generate new business through cold calling. Service current advertising accounts and initiate new sales opportunities through lateral sale of additional products or increasing the customers spend on their current advertising platforms. Focus on search engine marketing sales, with an emphasis on lead generation. Secondary focus on print advertising, direct mail, text marketing and online directory advertising.Key Achievements:1. Placed 1st in search engine marketing sales competition in November 2009 by selling the most total billing of all regions and all levels of AT&T Advertising Solutions.2. Made largest new sale in the region on January 29, 2010 ($24,432). 3. Finished the 2009 calendar year in the top 10% of online sales for the region.

The second largest provider of residential newsletters in the United States, Metropolitan sold its newsletter operation to Illustratus of Kansas City, MO in December of 2007. Metropolitan Press still operates as a commercial print company. As an account representative, I produced original content for local markets and material for nationwide publication. Typeset and designed monthly newsletters for over 1500 residential communities. Assisted clients with production and administrative aspects of their newsletter (invoicing, referrals, customer retention, etc.). Maintained client database for sales and marketing purposes. Established and cultivated client relationships.Key Achievements:1. Initially a clerical position, the account representative role became more diverse and expansive as the company’s executive officers recognized by ability to communicate and build relationships with clients.2. Named employee of the month multiple times beginning November 2006.3. Represented Metropolitan at the national property management convention in Houston, Texas in September 2008.

An auto insurance provider, Infinity is a collection of smaller insurance companies who market to non-standard insurance customers and agents. Much of the marketing and advertising associated with Infinity Insurance is directed to the Hispanic market. My primary role was determining the accuracy of insurance policy information provided by either the insured or the independent insurance agent. Communicated with the insurance agents when necessary. Produced detailed reports concerning the legitimacy of customer claims, loss assessments and driver information.
