Main role supporting the Chief Financial Officer by being the key senior role in driving and managing the end to end process of the procurement of services and goods not for resale.• Responsible for a £1 million pound annual spend and supporting the Finance Department on budget planning. • Leading negotiations with all suppliers, ensuring their performance meets business requirements and regularly benchmark and review in terms of quality, price, and service.• Working as part of a cooperative with other Brands and Third Party Suppliers as appropriate, to gain cost advantage, shared knowledge, and other efficiencies. • Initiating and managing the tendering and contractual processes for all services/products as required to ensure a competitive advantage is maintained as to cost, quality, and service.• Ensuring forecasting and forward planning protects the correct stock levels and obtains best possible pricing, including new store opening packages and International/direct deliveries. • Responsible for ensuring the appropriate stock levels are maintained in accordance with individual product requirements and cost efficiencies.• Liaising with key stakeholders including Marketing/ Retail/ Visual Merchandising to approve artwork / specification changes as required.• Working with departments on developing new product lines and obtaining samples for approved sign off.
