I was Manager of Learning, Asia Pacific, from 2006-2009, based in Singapore, and responsible for:-the learning strategy for 16 regional offices in 11 countries (for more than 2200 consultants and support staff)-designing and modifying training content-delivering training on a variety of topics-developing trainersFrom May 2004 - August 2006 I was the Manager of European Program Operations and the Manager of the Business Analyst Training Program, based in Kitzbuehel, Austria, responsible for:-management of the 6 day in-person "Business Analyst Training" program (~14 international programs/year), serving more than 500 participants: including program content, content consistency program to program, managing faculty, participants, locations and demand from global offices -building the learning department in Europe: recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate, and retain a team of eight; serve on global department management team, and oversee European Learning Center location From 2000-2004 I was a Program Specialist and Program Planner, based first in New York and then Stamford, CT. I was responsible for program logistics at international programs.
