Support the Museum staff in all their HR needs. I focus on employee relations, benefits, recruiting, coaching, and onboarding. Currently I am also assisting with our crisis management operations. I work closely with all levels of management and act as a subject matter expert in employee relations, FMLA/ADA, conflict management, and a variety of other topics.

*Human Resources Generalist with numerous HR Manager roles for a manufacturing plant of 500+ employees.*Manage Companies FMLA/ADAA in accordance with federal and state law.*Facilitate quarterly trainings for the supervisors in order to be compliant with federal and state law.*Utilize adult learning theories while developing and implementing trainings for Executive and Supervisory staff, including intercultural training and effective leadership training. Manage companywide training logs and developed a system to better track employee training.*Work closely with corporate HR to maintain successful relationships and assist other HR teams, nation wide, on various projects.*Manage recruitment and work directly with a staffing agencies to ensure the best talent for plant and office positions.*Administer benefits for 500+ employees, including annual open enrollment, change reporting and claims management.Successfully rewrote over 100 job descriptions that are utilized corporate-wide.*Work with HR Managers in various sites to re-categorize and rank positions based off of the job descriptions.*Conduct new hire orientation for all new plant employees, office, and executive staff.

*Coordinate with staff to maintain daily operations, run weekly reports, and compare drawings and confidential government documents;*Partner with the Human Resource manager to establish and sustain new hire records in ADP, manage recruitment files, and maintain confidential employee documents;*Assist with Open Enrollment for benefits for 500+ employees;*Head chair for the Donations Committee and facilitated the annual giving event for a company of 500+ employees and generated over $2K in donations; *Answer incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff member, as well as sort and distribute all incoming mail;*Act as a liaison between all departments.
