Family Well-Being Director
CurrentReport to the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. Responsible for the development of the Agency’s mental health programming. Expand the continuum of the Agency’s services focused on child and family mental health and emotional well-being. Develop, establish, implement and maintain contracts, funding, staffing, protocols, and best practices related to mental health and Prevention and Early Intervention services for children and families. Develop and implement services related to perinatal mental health along with family strengthening, development, resilience and trauma-informed care. Seek out and secure new funding in line with existing services as well as funding to expand services according to the Agency’s established strategic plan.
