I work with clients that are seeking support with navigating motherhood (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, birth/early postpartum trauma) and those seeking support in recovery from disordered eating and/ body image issues. Of particular interest to me is supporting women with a history of disordered eating as they navigate fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. My approach is both holistic and eclectic, tailored to client needs.I'm also a mother of two young kids and navigating this path alongside the clients I work with. I value love, pleasure and adventure, and believe with all my heart and soul that these wonders of life are not only possible to maintain in motherhood, but can expand and manifest in ways beyond our imagination during this season of life.

• Assist undergraduate and graduate students from various schools and academic programs with resume and cover letter development and revision.• Provide brief career advisement to undergraduate and graduate students and provide referrals to full-time counselors if necessary.• Help students with interview preparation and applying for internships and employment through the NYU Career Net Database and other online resources.• Review resumes for publication in the New York University Class of 2012 Resume Book.• Link students to the NYU Mentor Network to facilitate connections with alumni working in their area of professional interest.

Performed intake/psychosocial evaluations for both self-referred and mandated clients.Maintained a caseload of clients with a variety of psychiatric disorders and performed individual psychotherapy with clients on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.Developed treatment plans catered to the needs of each individual client and reviewed plans every 90 days.Facilitated the Mental Stability group of approximately eight clients on a weekly basis providing guidance and psycho-educational materials.Assisted in re-engaging clients that missed two or more appointments through outreach and re-engagement sessions.
