Organization Development Business Partner
Current• Manage and/or personally execute activities involved in daily administration of LMS (Lessonly) including accurate and timely maintenance of data, employee access solutions, response to inbox questions and assignment of learning paths. Play an integral role in discussions related to the automation of the process with UKG.• Work with Director of Talent Development to identify, track and report on report on L&D metrics.• Responsible for managing the monthly CW workshop registrations, manage the ordering and of CW books for workshops, maintaining up to date information on ARCH. • Work closely with the Director of Talent Development to manage LinkedIn Learning enterprise licenses. Run activity reports as needed. Take proactive role in reviewing content and recommending ideas for increasing engagement. • Work with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and OD colleagues on; needs assessment, design, development, delivery, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs.• Lead skill development activities for colleagues such as MS Planner, etc.• Manage the day-to-day activity of SurveyMonkey including acting as liaison with SM team, trouble shooting, issuing licenses, and creating a SM report that will be shared with VP of OD and CHRO beginning in 2023. • Focus on developing and continuous improvement of presentation skills with a goal of increasing opportunities for independent delivery• Partner with VP of OD and Director of OD to provision locations (Alera offices), hotels, meeting space logistics, catering and materials for Future Leader and other training programs. Create and maintain a Teams based report to house all training location related content including budgets for programs involved in.
