Review maintain licensing, legal requirements for business area development. Strategic planning / implementation of processes for project implementation, controls and reviews.

Responsible for high-end, fast track national commercial retail project construction, staffing, management, logistics, and profitability for contract division in offices located in Chicago, Manassas, New York, Orlando and Texas concurrently. -Recruit and train Project Executives, Project Managers and Estimators to provide exceptional regional construction services for clients such as Williams-Sonoma, Tiffany, Coach, Brooks Brothers and Sephora.-Manage all systems integration with primary office in San Francisco including, estimation, scheduling, accounting and client relations. Provide annual planning and budget detail for division Sr. VP and Owner.-Establish and maintain national / international client roster for division producing sales in excess of $100M annually.
