Avanoo helps leaders sustain, scale, and drive ROI with positive culture changes in their enterprises. As a Customer Success Partner, I work with our clients to assess the needs of the employees, design tracks of programming aligned with the organizational strategy, implement and support the deployment of programming through the Avanoo platform and evaluate data for effectiveness.

·Jurisdictional Trainer: (January 2016- February 2017) Certified by State of Colorado Liquor Control Board to train employees for serving alcohol. Ensure employees are in compliance with state and municipal law as well as be able to speak to and enforce company policy. Responsibilities include remote training along the Front Range as well as regional training in Denver corporate office and administering the certification exams.·Training Store Manager: (Jan 2014- Feb 2017) Specialized in training externally sourced managers from basics through store manager training program. Responsible for immersing trainee in company culture, assess skills and behaviors, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship.·Development Lead: (2013- Feb 2017) Lead store managers in my district through process of identifying, assessing, and developing internal candidates for future leadership roles. I self-published development workbook for hourly partners that leads them through on the job activities and reflections to prepare them for management roles. Employ a variety of development interventions: on-the-job coaching, mentorship, action learning, classroom facilitation and workshops.·Store Manager Responsibilities (2011 - 2017): Lead a team of 20 store partners to create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and partners. Manage overall operations of the store including: staffing, training, customer service, product quality, inventory management, and financial management.
