General Manager, Global (High Heat Product) Launch
Recruited to act as the business lead and General Manager for all collectible sneakers and high heat launch product in Nike and Jordan Brand’s most important DTC omni-channel experiences. Responsible for the global e-commerce P&L of 1800 high-risk launches a year ($1B+), it was also tantamount that Nike’s most coveted product was delivered to consumers through a fair, fast and fun manner each week across all key markets. In partnership with a cross-functional team including Category leadership, Design, and Engineering, Kelly also oversaw the release of Nike’s most successful consumer-facing online retail experience, SNKRS. Integrating Nike’s existing technology and future proofing the community experience, Kelly spearheaded the creation and the development of a long-term strategic vision and reconstruction of the e-commerce backend awhile driving bottom and top line growth of the business. In addition, Kelly partnered with functional teams and geographies to drive business/operational transformation across the organizational matrix while driving a 94% reduction in operational error rate in less than two quarters.
