About Kelly Mcdyre

For over a decade, I've been deeply involved in nonprofit leadership, strategic communications, and events. As the President and CEO of Faith's Lodge since 2012, I've had the privilege of guiding our mission to support bereaved parents and their families in a peaceful environment to reflect on the past, renew strength for the present and build hope for the future. Together, we've provided unwavering support to over 12,000 people and introduced groundbreaking campaigns and programs that broadened our revenue streams and magnified our impact on the community. Our dedication is reflected in the overwhelmingly positive feedback we receive, with a 98% satisfaction rate from the families we cherish. Before joining Faith’s Lodge, I served Cambria as Director of Communications and Sports Partnerships, expanding their visibility to notable venues across North America. At the Harmon Killebrew Foundation, I bridged connections between sports franchises and community endeavors. My entrepreneurial journey with Latitude Event Group and McDyre Management was marked by crafting over 50 unique event experiences for our clientele. Prior to this, I was deeply involved in the business of golf events where I delivered unparalleled experiences for players and spectators alike and honed a diverse set of skills that have been instrumental in my success. My leadership and team management abilities have empowered me to inspire and rally everyone, from stakeholders to volunteers, ensuring objectives align and are met with precision. Strategic thinking is second nature to me, enabling me to visualize the macro perspective while ensuring each micro detail is impeccably orchestrated. I take pride in my financial acumen, diligently overseeing budgets and acting as a steward of resources. My knack for stakeholder management has facilitated strong bonds with sponsors, media, and local authorities, while my communication skills ensure transparency and clarity in all interactions. In times of crises, be it an unexpected delay or a logistical hurdle, my crisis management and problem-solving skills shine through, ensuring the show goes on seamlessly. Negotiations? That's my forte, always securing the best for my organizations. I'm a fervent believer in leadership that nurtures, communicates, and uplifts. Let’s connect and collaborate towards a brighter future.
