Also, supported dialogue and created opportunities for members of this very walkable neighborhood.Worked directly with property owners on plans to create artist live/work spaces and identified financial incentives for artists looking to start small businesses as well as relocate, helping to establish the groundwork for the recent downtown renaissance.
